General Conditions

  • No service can be provided until half the amount or the full amount is paid.
  • In case of requesting a service from our services and a delay in depositing the amount occur, the request shall be considered canceled after one week from the date.
  • Prices on website are fixed and can only be reduced in special offers period.
  • Unfortunately, "Nas Hope" company, does not provide any services for free or for Non-material payment.
  • Direct talk is primarily for sales, and the employee has the right to ask the customer to open a ticket instead of talking to him directly.
  • In case of violation of the terms, the company “Nas Hope” may impose a fine to return the service, and the company “Nas hope” will estimate the fine, and is entitled to set the price.
  • We do not offer or support any of the required services except for the applicant and his/her registered data only.

Obligations of the Company's Customers

  • Direct Chat is considered for sales only and the customer is not entitled to request technical support through the direct chat service. Technical support is only limited by tickets.
  • The customer must maintain his full membership and the secret code, the customer bears full responsibility for the loss of his website’s files, in case of the event of penetration of his membership data on our website.
  • The infringement of the employees of the company is prohibited by verbal or direct insult or indirect insult or unintentionally. We will strictly deal with this matter. Your service may be terminated permanently without any refund.

Obligations of the Company

  • 6. The company is committed to protect the domain from fraud, and in the case of domain period expiration, the customer has the right to pay the service fees for renewing the domain. In case of non-payment of the renewal fees, the company completely disclaims any responsibility for any loss of any domain.
  •  The company is committed to provide the space or specifications agreed upon, and prepare it within one hour and up to 24 hours of confirmation of receipt of fees.
  • The company is committed to provide technical support for the provided service only, and ensure to backup website on the same server daily, weekly, and monthly.
  •  The company does not provide technical support through direct conversation. Direct conversation is for sales only, and in case of any problem you have to write a new ticket.

Web Hosting and Email Terms

  • The mass mailing and postal dumping by mailing lists is prohibited. The owner of the infringing website shall bear the resulting damage and his website will be closed immediately and the customer will be fined, and he shall not be entitled to claim the rest of his financial dues.
  • The customer is not entitled to cause any damage to the company, and the contract between the customer and the company is binding on the parties, and this agreement is valid until the contract is canceled, and he is entitled to transfer after payment of the additional services fees. Each contract between you and the company is an independent contract ending at the end of the agreed contract date.
  • Consumption of system resources and damage the server is under the responsibility of the owner of the website. If it is confirmed that the client attempts to damage a server or consume the system resources such as processor or memory or the network using malicious scripts or blocked, will lead to the closure of the website directly without refunding the amounts paid and the customer will be fined for the value of damage.
  • The use of free services providing programs to visitors such as hosting or any kind of services provided to other website owners is prohibited. The space (website) and the services provided to the customer are intended for the use of the customer only.
  • The following contents are prohibited from hosting: penetration, espionage, or all malicious programs, viruses, sexual and pornographic material, or violating the Islamic religion or public morals, or what related to it, and the infringing website owner bears the resulting damage and full responsibility.
  • The website must be free of anything contrary to Islamic law and that the website is not exposed to the Islamic religion in any way.
  • Hosting is strictly prohibited for political purposes, and exposure to any country, president or any entity in any way.
  • The use of the website or any service that will harm the server or other websites located on the server or any other sites is prohibited.
  • Upgrade Requests: You can request the upgrade of the server, and the customer will be given the times of promotion to select the appropriate for him, and the upgraded will be done after payment.
  • Prohibition of Banned Items: It is strictly forbidden to host pornographic, terrorist and Shiite websites.
  • Technical support for full and shared server customers is limited to the presence of the server on the Internet and its main problems, and we do not support the internal software and others, it has its own cost.
  • Technical Support Tickets: A customer who is not subscribed to a server management plan is entitled to request a solution to a problem, but an additional amount is charged to each problem. The amount is estimated based on the problem or the subscription in the monthly technical support plan.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use the server to perform attacks or use the server to attack other servers or websites or networks.

Terms of Programming and Design

  • 1- The customer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the programs that are installed for him by the company and not to disclose, distribute or provide all or part of them unless there is written permission to do so by the company.
  • 2 - The customer is committed not to remove the logo or the rights statement of the programs or designs that are placed at the bottom part of the program or design, and if removed, he comes out of the service agreement, including in some cases development and renewal or getting agreed features.
  • 3. In case the customer submitted a request for programming, design or other services and wanted to cancel the request for any reason after the transfer of the amount, the customer is entitled to request a refund of (half) of the paid amount only, and not the full amount within a maximum of 48 hours from the amount transferring and contract validity.

Refund Guarantee System

  • The customer has the right to request refund of the payment within 15 days from the start of our hosting, in case there is a convincing reason for the company management.
  • Important Notice: In case the customer has transferred his website during the granted guarantee period without officially informing us before the transfer, and with clarifying the convincing reasons for contract cancellation, the customer will not be entitled to demand any paid amount and the company has the right to reject the request if the reasons are not convincing.
  • The customer has the right to request cancellation of his subscription before the entitlement of the invoice by at least 2 days. Any subsequent cancellation request will not be considered and the customer will be obliged to renew or pay a fine to be determined by the Accounts Section.
  • In the event of claiming the remaining services of the servers or the emails or websites, the amount will be added to the customer's balance only. It is possible to purchase the limited services within the company such as: buying domains, servers or any other services related to the company, and the financial mediation services can’t be requested from this amount.
  • The company has the full right of legal claim, and has the full right to raise the issue to the relevant authorities in case of violation of these conditions.
